By signing up and actively using the madams-money.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. madams-money.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with madams-money.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the madams-money.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:

You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing madams-money.com account.

You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your madams-money.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by madams-money.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up madams-money.com. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with madams-money.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from madams-money.com. limited to no more than (200) per day.


We Do NOT except members to sign up with any Yahoo ,hotmail or aol addresses as these bounce way too much. if you sign up with any of these your acct will be deleted no exceptions.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from madams-money.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and madams-money.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and madams-money.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of madams-money.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation Of Liability:

madams-money.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or madams-money.com program, even if madams-money.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, madams-money.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Account Selling:

Nontransferable We do not allow anyone to sell their membership account or give it away.You may not sell, trade or give away your upgrade ads or won ads etc.
Anyone caught selling their account and or upgrade ads or giving their account away, will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

As Well also goes if you are caught buying the acct, upgrade ads and or won ads

Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by madams-money.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the madams-money.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by madams-money.com. Affiliates will be paid via Paypal , Alert Pay or Money order for us members but you can always use your earnings for advertising and to purchase good in our store. madams-money.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by madams-money.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time thereafter. We reserve the right to pay the minimum payout $2.00 no matter what is requested. Accounts will be scanned for activity, simply logging in without any clicked links will not constitute activity. Accounts found to be inactive requesting payment will be terminated.
How I do payouts .
1. You must be an active member to be paid.
2. I go by email notifcations from payouts organiser.
We start at the top of the list and work our way down. If you change your request i get a new email notfication and your date changes to the date of the newest request. Meaning if you request oct 15th and then changed your payout request on oct 30th your new date will be oct 30th not the 15th anymore.no matter what it says in the payouts page.

Unclaimed/Payments sent or Received. You grant madams-money.com the right to use monies not claimed in PayPal or Alert Pay within 14 days of payments or advertisements towards a donation to madams-money.com

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with madams-money.com and may result in legal prosecution. madams-money.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. madams-money.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. madams-money.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

Searching:

Any person who is caught doing searches, or selects search in their interests from a non-search country will be deleted without notice.

Turing Numbers:

First and most importantly, if you have trouble seeing the turing numbers, or if they do not load, do not just click any number. Refresh the page. If you click 20 bad turing numbers in a month, you will be deleted.

Profiles:

As a member, you need to have everything in your profile filled out correctly. Any member who has missing information or inaccurate information will be deleted without notice. If cheat keywords are selected in your profile, you will lose your account without notice.

Redemptions And Upgraded Ads

Redemptions on this site are just for members of Madams-money and are not to be sold anywhere else for profit and being caught doing so will result in deletion of your account and all earnings and referrals will be lost. You will also be banned from this site.
Upgraded membership ads are for upgraded members only and are not to be given away to other members, or sold for profit. Doing so will result in losing your account and earnings, referrals, upgrades, and you will be also be banned from this site.
If you are caught buying the acct, upgrade ads and or won ads you will be also be banned from this site.


Paid To Sign Up:

You must submit the confirmation email including headers from the program you are signing up for. Do not send in an e-mail address. If anything besides the confirmation email is submitted, you will be deleted. If you do not know how to use this section, either ask someone who does know how to use it, or do not use it.

Cheat Links:

If you click 3 or more cheat links, you will lose your account, earnings, upgraded memberships, and referrals. Please read carefully, as these cheat links are clearly marked.

Paid To Promote Clause:

The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to the PTR. You must be Active in the PTR to use the PTP feature If you are caught abusing the PTP your PTP will be suspended and your account is at risk of deletion. You may NOT just run the PTP link and cash out! you have to have 10% other earnings vs. ptp in order to be paid. Other earnings will include everything except downline earnings. So if you have $5.00 in ptp earnings you must have at least 50 cents in earnings per cash out. You must click at least 100 links a month to be considered active. We are now imposing a 100 click a month minimum along with the 10 % in personal earnings some of them clicks have to be email ads not just ptc in order to cash out ptp earnings. If you request payout and have not met the 10% requirement and don't have the required clicks your request will be canceled. if you request again and still don't have the required clicks will be canceled 3 times is considered cheating and will result in your acct being terminated (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Vacation mode:

When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@gossipemails.com and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.

Free Upgrade terms:

Due to abuse of this privilege, we have no choice to implement some conditions on the free upgrade. You now have to click 3 links a month to receive your free ads. If you don't click 3 links monthly we will not process your next month ads. If you do it 3 month in a row, your free upgrade will be removed and you will become a free member. Thank you for your understanding.

CHEATING: WE use a 3 strike rule if you have 3 strikes your acct will be deleted.

Should any instances of cheating be found either by use of Paid2Read Email Program Optimizers or other "cheating" software, multiple accounts on a single computer, promoting "cheat software or teaching how to "cheat", invalid paid2signups whereby credit is attempted to be ascertained by submission of a confirmation email where the sign up referrer is found not to be the direct upline, madams-money.com will delete that member's account. Once an account is deleted for cheating that member gives up their right to privacy, meaning we may and will share your username, email address, name, and IP number with other webmasters. The deleted member also gives up any right to earnings that may have resulted from the cheating. The deleted member gives up any rights to referrals and downline earnings that resulted from the cheating. This is a modification for the ptp and affiliate pages. Please understand that it is for the best of the site and honest members. 75% of your ptp/affiliate page has to show before getting credited. This means you page has to load almost all the way and not just showing that you have been credited. Also we do not accept 0IFrames. The links for all ptp/affiliate pages will be tested for 0IFrames. If they are found to be using them, your ad will be rejected and you will be suspended until further notice, meaning your ptp link or affiliate page will be paused. If after being reinstated we find that you use 0iFrames again, your account will be terminated and will loose all earnings without prior notification.


CHEATING can be defined as but is not limited to:

1. Creating multiple accounts

2. Use of optimizing software

3. Searching from disallowed countries

4. Attempting to receive multiple credits for sign up tasks.

5. Attempting to teach others how to cheat using software etc

6. Attempting to use 0IFrames to gain false hits to any page.

7. Keywords / Interest:
We have several "Bad" keywords/interest, (I cheat, I don't understand english) this assits us in finding the members that can not understand english. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.

8. On occasion there will be a "Cheat Protection Link" located in the Disclaimer area of each email. After the third time you click the link your account will be deleted! The link will be clearly labeled. If you click this link it simply means to me that either you cannot read English as is required by this program, you are using cheater software, or you are not reading the emails before you click. This is a Paid to READ Email program, NOT a Paid to Click program

9. Bad Turing #s If more then 20 bad turing #s are selected in one month your acct will be deleted.


If you do not agree with any of these terms then you may not join madams-money.com. If a member violates these terms their membership will be terminated and all his earnings will be confiscated. Also, if a member is deleted for violating these terms he/she WILL NOT be allowed to rejoin.

You have the right to cancel your acct at any time.
IF you choose to cancel your account for any reason or fall inactive (which in turn leads to being deleted for inactivity) you WILL forfeit any and ALL earnings on the account that gets deleted. DO NOT ask for it to be reinstated. Do Not ask to cash out your earnings early so you can quit you have to earn the minimum just like everyone else.

If we catch you cheating at one of our sites, you will be deleted from all that we own. There will be NO exceptions
